Current reference setup

Windows, 58 mm paper and approximately 48 mm usable printing width.

Demonstration labels and receipts checked on this configuration. Fiscal QR codes, fiscal integration and other configurations still require validation.

Scanner and cash drawer

Reference scanner: FL S30 USB 1D, identified by the owner and used in a test scan. The cash drawer model still needs selection and assessment. Assessment applies to the model, connection and environment checked.

Your store assessment

Provide the Windows version and the printer, scanner and cash drawer models you already own. The store supplies its computer, screen and peripherals: KB does not sell, supply or order hardware. Before contracting, we record what was checked, the outcome and setup limits. Compatibility with every computer or peripheral is not guaranteed.

Other equipment and additional work

Other models can be assessed without a promise of compatibility. Special configuration, drivers, integration or additional customization require assessment and a previously accepted quote for chargeable services. Listing equipment in the form does not confirm compatibility or authorize a charge.

Support and rights

Operational support and compatibility assessment do not replace legal warranties or exclude legally required assistance and corrections. Optional license support is not required to report a defect. Contracting conditions, periods and services will be presented before acceptance.

Printing and fiscal issuance are different functions

Current receipt examples are non-fiscal. Fiscal details in the form prepare the assessment and do not authorize issuance. NFC-e/NF-e/NFS-e depend on appropriate integration, establishment details and applicable validations. Do not send certificates, passwords, CSC codes or consumers’ documents through the form.

What setup will record

• Assessed application version and Windows environment.
• Peripheral make, model, connection and test results.
• Approved configuration, backup procedure and identified limitations.
• Services, amounts and periods agreed before contracting.
